Kitchen remodel
The 1990s oak and the fluorescent box come out. New layout, custom cabinetry, stone counters, tile backsplash, new lighting and electrical, new floors, and the repairs that turn up once the old cabinets are off the wall.
Repairs, flooring and lighting
Water-damaged drywall patched and painted, carpet out and hardwood in, a coffered ceiling built, recessed lighting and a new fan wired, and the old sliders replaced with new doors. One crew, one schedule.
Bathroom remodel and tile
The old tile and the tub-shower come out; a walk-in tiled shower, a freestanding tub, a custom vanity and new fixtures go in, with every tile floor and wall set and sealed properly.
Built-ins and carpentry
A wire shelf and a rod become floor-to-ceiling cabinetry built for the space: hanging, shelves, drawers, an island, and lighting so you can see what you own. The same carpentry goes into pantries, mudrooms and media walls.
HVAC and the utility room
The old furnace and taped-up ducts come out; a new high-efficiency air handler and insulated ductwork go in, with a whole-home dehumidifier for Houston air. Mini splits for additions and garages, and maintenance so it keeps running.
Outdoor living and outdoor kitchens
A covered patio with a cedar ceiling, fans and lighting, and an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, stone counters, cabinetry and a bar, built to make the most of Houston's long outdoor season. Decks, pergolas and fences too.
Exterior repairs
Siding and soffits repaired, roofing replaced where it failed, windows and doors replaced and sealed, and a full exterior paint job, protecting the house from heat, humidity and storm season while bringing back the curb appeal.
